The Starburn Tree & Shrub Warranty

We want to assure you that the plant you purchase is healthy when you bring it home.  It could be there is a problem that we don’t recognize at the time of sale and, if so, that should become apparent within a few weeks.  We will refund your purchase price if this happens so you would have to return the plant within a month of buying it.

Other nurseries guarantee their plants for longer times but they also charge more for an equivalent product.  You can buy a longer term guarantee from Starburn at the time of purchase but this just means you are paying for the mistakes that others may experience.  There are many ways to kill a tree after (or even before) it is planted.  But if you follow our guidelines for planting, we are confident that our nursery stock will prosper in a suitable environment.
